Dans sa Lettre de Août 2009, la banque français fait état des principes de base du Feng Shui et de ses bienfaits. En voici le résumé:
Et si notre bien-être et notre équilibre reposaient avant tout sur l’harmonisation des énergies des lieux que nous fréquentons, en particulier notre maison? C’est en tout cas sur ce postulat que repose le feng shui, qui nous enseigne l’art de faciliter la circulation des énergies dans notre environnement.
En pratique, il s’agit d’aménager nos lieux de vie en privilégiant l’effet produit sur les occupants plus que sur l’habitation elle-même.
En choisissant avec soin les matières, les couleurs et les formes dont vous vous entourez, nous pouvez favoriser la bonne circulation des énergies d’un bout à l’autre de votre maison.
Sachez que le feng shui s’applique également aux lieux de travail.
Autre aspect à prendre en compte dans l’aménagement de votre environnement, est votre chiffre kua. Ce dernier vous aidera à déterminer quels sont les matériaux, matières, formes et couleurs qui vous aideront à vous sentir bien chez vous.

What if our well-being and balance were based primarily upon how is harmonized the energy of the places we live in, especially our home? This is what feng shui is based on, teaching us the art of facilitating the movement of energy in our environment.
In practice, it means to arrange our living spaces by focusing on the effect the lay out has on occupants more than the house itself.
By carefully choosing materials, colors and shapes that surround us, we can facilitate the energy stream from one end of the house to the other.
Please, be aware that feng shui also applies to workplaces.
Another aspect to consider in arranging your environment, is your kua number. This will help you determine what materials, shapes and colors will suit you best.
